John
John has traversed the business world for two decades. He's seen all shapes and sizes of businesses, from early-stage startups, bursting-at-the-seams growing businesses, to mature and much larger corporations. He's worked inside multiple kinds of business roles, including operations, accounting, management, and sales. He has found himself uniquely suited to tie all those often-siloed separate roles into a cohesive team headed toward a common purpose. He's helped with scrappy entrepreneurial businesses get stabilized and set for massive growth—with effective sales and marketing paired with operational efficiency. He's also helped much larger larger corporations free up log-jams that happened because of siloed teams, bridging the communication gap so they could work together effectively. His insights have helped clarify the direction and priority of numerous executives.
Dan
Dan has had two decades of experience in teaching and leading transformational groups in various educational contexts. He has doctorate-level training, with a Th.D. under his belt—but he's far from being just an academic-type. He's a master of understanding people, figuring out their strengths, and encouraging them. He's a great facilitator and understands group dynamics and how to navigate them gracefully. This doesn't mean he's not just as quick to point out a well-placed hard-hitting insight if you might be missing something that should be obvious to you. He'll just do it in a way that you'll probably thank him. He has a knack for applying his well-developed people skills to make sure groups of people can be authentic and deal with challenging realities—while also somehow making everything he's a part of a lot of fun.
